Concession Stand

Coordinator, Assistants, Volunteers

1 Coordinator (Shawna Martin) / 2 Assistants / Unlimited Volunteers
Spend time reviewing the concession stand and identify items that need to be purchased and fixed.  Will need to purchase food for the concession stand throughout the season (weekly inventory checks).  Director will purchase all items and then submit a reimbursement form (5-7 business days to process). Special Event nights, plus the Dripping Springs, and Westlake games draw huge crowds, so be sure to account for this when doing inventory for these games.  Coordinated deposit (money) with the Booster Treasurer after each game.  You will be in charge of the cash box and will make sure the concession stand is locked after every game.  Will need to coordinate with LT School to have a certified representative at each game to monitor health codes.  Weekly emails will be sent to Booster Vice President with updates on events, issues or pending orders that need to take place.

Home Match Volunteers: All Varsity, JV, Flex & Freshman Parents
There are two shifts with two volunteers per shift.  The first shift is covered by Varsity & Freshman parents during the JV & Flex games.  The second shift is covered by JV & Flex parents during the Varsity & Freshman games.  Special Event nights such as Dig Pink, Middle School Night, etc. will require additional volunteers.  All parents are expected to volunteer in the concession stand during two home games.  The Concession Stand Director will manage the concession stand inventory as well as organize the concession stand volunteer sign ups.
